Cancellation Policy

1. General Cancellation Guidelines

Cancellation requests must be submitted directly to your travel concierge coordinator via WhatsApp or email. Cancellations are calculated from the day of receipt of the formal notification.

2. Refund Windows & Fees

Refund thresholds vary depending on hotel properties and booking windows:

• 30 Days or More Prior to Travel: Full refund of booking deposit minus a nominal 5% administration fee.
• 15 to 29 Days Prior to Travel: 50% refund of the total booking cost.
• Less than 15 Days Prior to Travel: No refund is applicable due to direct reservation commitments with hotel partners.

3. Non-Refundable Booking Rates

Certain high-season promotions, early-bird rates, and peak holiday resort bookings are marked as strictly non-refundable at the time of quotation. Flight tickets are governed exclusively by carrier airline cancellation rules.
